Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Save Wonder website, emails, text messages and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service or creating a free membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Save Wonder membership is free. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your membership. We may suspend or terminate a membership at any time, including for misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Members must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold.

Save Wonder curates offers, discounts and promotions provided by third-party merchants. We do not sell the underlying products or services. Availability, eligibility, pricing and terms are set by the merchant and may change or end at any time without notice.

Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the merchant, governed by that merchant's terms and policies. Save Wonder is not responsible for merchant fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, customer service or the accuracy of merchant-supplied information. We may receive compensation when members use certain offers.

If you opt in, Save Wonder may send you recurring automated service updates, account notifications and, where separately consented to, marketing messages by text to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@savewonder.com. Consent to receive text messages is not required for purchasing products or services.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network conditions outside our control. Message programs may not be supported by all carriers or handsets.

Your mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest or systematically copy content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; misrepresent your identity or another person's consent to be contacted; or resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our curated content without written permission.

The Save Wonder name, wordmark, logo, site design, editorial content and curation are owned by Save Wonder or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Merchant names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any offer will be available, that any savings will be achieved, or that content is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on the Service is financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Wonder and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any third-party merchant offer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
